Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All ticket purchases on yhc.am are non-refundable. The single exception is when YHC cancels an event outright — in that case, all ticket holders receive an automatic full refund. Please review your purchase carefully before checkout.

1. Overview

YHC operates a no-refund policy on all ticket purchases made through yhc.am. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

The only situation in which a refund is issued is the cancellation of the event by YHC. All other circumstances — including but not limited to inability to attend, illness, change of plans, denied entry at the door, or dissatisfaction with the event — do not qualify for a refund.

2. The Only Eligible Refund

Full automatic refund when YHC cancels the event outright. No request needed — refunds are processed to the original payment card within 10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Tickets are non-refundable in every circumstance other than YHC cancelling the event. This includes, without limitation:

Change of mind, schedule conflict, or any personal reason
❌
Illness, injury, or any other personal circumstance
❌
Failure to attend, missed entry, or arriving after doors close
❌
Denied entry due to lack of valid ID (18+ required)
❌
Denied entry due to visible intoxication or face-control decision
❌
Dissatisfaction with the line-up, sound, venue, or atmosphere
❌
Loss, deletion, or non-receipt of the ticket email (we will resend; we will not refund)
❌
Force-majeure events outside YHC's control where the event still takes place

4. Event Cancellation by YHC

If YHC cancels an event outright, all ticket holders are automatically refunded in full to the original card used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

YHC is not liable for any incidental costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred in connection with a cancelled event.

5. Postponed Events

If an event is postponed (rescheduled to a new date), your ticket remains valid for the new date. A postponement is not a cancellation; tickets are not refunded in this case. If you cannot attend the new date, you may transfer the ticket to another guest (the QR code is non-personal once issued) but no refund will be issued.

6. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time — forward the email or send the QR/barcode. The first valid scan at the door admits the holder; subsequent scans of the same ticket are rejected. YHC is not responsible for tickets shared multiple times.
